Who is Foros Group?
Foros Group is a network of knowledgeable professionals formally appointed by NH LegalCare Series Trust (“NH Trust”) to identify and refer potential qualified purchasers. We operate in full compliance with federal regulations by exclusively referring prospective accredited investors to NH Trust. We do not engage in sales, marketing, or promotional activities beyond sharing NH Trust–approved informational materials with carefully vetted individuals or institutions that may qualify as “Accredited Investors” or “Qualified Institutional Buyers” under applicable securities laws.
What is Foros Group's role in these investments?
These bonds are offered under strict SEC regulations that limit how they can be promoted or sold. Bonds sales are primarily conducted by a boutique investment banking firm licensed with FINRA; specializing in private placements and alternative investments. However, NH Trust retained the right to sell the bonds directly to qualified investors. Foros Group has been designated by NH Trust to help identify and refer suitable individuals who may be interested in the bonds. We do not sell or promote the bonds—we simply introduce eligible investors to NH Trust in full compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Why is Foros Group focusing on Puerto Rico?
While these bonds have been available since the early 2020's to help investors reduce their federal tax exposure, they’ve also attracted buyers from high-tax states like California and New York looking to ease their state tax burden. Foros Group sees Puerto Rico as a promising market where qualified investors may benefit from the bonds’ unique tax mitigation features and other advantages. Our goal is to identify individuals on the island who could find real value in this opportunity.
